History:  Kiddie Pond is a small, shallow, highly vegetated kettle pond within the Great Sand Lakes neighborhood.  The shoreline is highly developed with private homes with public access on the west side at Bucks Pond Town Beach.  The surface of the water is covered with white water lily and yellow pond lily and a variety of pond weed.  Swimming and kayaking are inhibited by the high concentration of plant life.
